Headquarteredin Houston, TX, Revolution Soccer Complex leverages decades of soccerexperience from its leadership team. An Assistant Manager, is responsible forimplementing workflow procedures based on direction from the company’s General Manager. Their duties includesupervising employees during day-to-day tasks, sales and marketing of allproducts and services, providing customer support in escalated situations, andmanaging the overall workflow of a workplace. While a keen interest in socceris a must, this is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in growingwith the company into new roles as we expand with more complexes over thecoming years.

Responsibilities:

•         Sales calls and outreach.

•         Schedule and coordinate meetings.

•         Develop good customer relationships.

•         Address employee and customer concerns.

•         Develop strategies for better workplaceefficiency and goal achievement.

•         Email and phone correspondence.

•         Liaise between managers, customers andemployees.

•         Provide direction to staff.

•         Monitor spending patterns and budget.

•         Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times ofabsence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.

•         Troubleshoot POS system.

•         Support ongoing learning and development ofteam members.

•         Help create and foster a respectful andinclusive team environment.

Requirements:

•         Proven experience as an Assistant Manager orsimilar role (minimum 2 years)

•         Bilingual in both Spanish and English

•         Soccer knowledge

•         Sales and marketing experience (minimum 1 year)

•         Strong analytical ability

•         Excellent communication skills

•         Problem-solving aptitude

•         BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA ispreferred but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
